Bachelor businessman Narendranatha Kurup (Jayaram) gets tired of his tight schedules & gilded lifestyle & takes a break to the country where he befriends Velu Kurup’s (Oduvil Unnikrishnan) family & falls in love with Velu’s daughter Meera (Meena). Later they marry & Narendran makes the mistake of inviting his in-laws over to stay with him.
